When we first started out we had very basic information in our profile, and zero interest from anyone for months. We went to the better profiles review section and the group there gave us some input (some of it was hard to hear) but all truthful as to what needed to be addressed. After several versions of our profile and some new pictures we are quite comfortable with ours now and while it is a little on the long side, it works very well for us. We will pass by couples with one liners, as they put little to no effort into trying to entice us to want to hang out with them. We are in this for fun and adventure not sportfucking. We have found with couples we have chatted with and met that the chances of doing anything other than show up, get naked, and leave, are very slim when there is little to no information in the profile. For us we put it all out there so we don't have to waste time with numerous emails just to find out we are not a match. But like others have stated this is our journey, and you are on yours, there is no right or wrong, just whatever makes you happy.

The whole idea behind my profile is to hopefully attract & meet people I am compatible with for a steady long-term party/friendship relationship. After all this is also about the "party" part of the party/friendship relationships I seek which is something more intimate so I want to give people a pretty good idea of what kind of person I am before inviting me into their "inner sanctum" ;) & visa versa. Discretion is at the top of the list in this lifestyle right beside hedonistic fun & pleasure so you kinda want an idea of what kind of people who you are attracting & contacting or contacting you...You don't get that from.....Looking for friends I'm horny & good looking. One of the things we love about the lifestyle is that there is no right or wrong way to lead it. To each their own. And we respect everyone's way of going about their lives.
That doesn't mean we are compatible with everyone. When another couple's preferences don't mesh with ours we give them a polite no thank you and move on. And we've received our share of no thank yous as well. Move on and find the next compatible playmates.

In my mind, there is a significant difference between people with opinions and opinionated people. They are interesting and caustic respectively...at least in my book.
I’ve seen profiles with little narrative, those with pages of writing, and everything between. I can’t say that I ever had a hard and fast rule relating to the amount of writing, but I definitely have rules about what is written.
I don’t believe that the rank and file people on these sites do nearly as much deep analysis of profile narratives compared to what a handful of the forum posters believe...but I could be wrong.
RonKathy, I read your profile, well started to till I about fell asleep. I get what your saying, we too are not meet & play folks, but really, do you need to post that much info? The owners manual for the Space Shuttle is less wordy. LOL Sorry. And in colors too! LOL

But when you look at a profile, and they seem to have written a Stephen King novel about their "Likes and Don't likes" and what they are "Looking for" and just how much their in "Love", well it's more like "Lost in Translation". If you have more than 4 or 5 sentences, your ether asking or telling way to much, and like myself, have gotten bored and moved on. You know the old adage, More is less and Less is more.
I read so much about ya, The interest is gone. But you keep it short, folks are inclined to send a birdie asking for more. And as for those folks adding the disclaimer about private property, and re posting by some institute, That's such a joke. it's past funny. You post ANYTHING on the web, it's now fair game for EVERYONE.
