I updated the zip code and tag line on our profile, neither of which worked, and I got some cryptic email about the profile being taken offline. I replied back asking what it mean and got this as the reply. The only thing I can think this means is that we've asked somebody to use something other than SLS to communicate with us, which is BS because we tell people all the time we don't use anything other than SLS when they ask about (insert random form of communication other than SLS here) to chat with us. WTH does SLS want me to change on my profile so I can actually use what I've paid for????
