Why is it soooooooo slow to get messages ?

The web site has been having issues for months now, so no, it is not running better now. Here is a perfect example for you. If you message someone you messaged previously, the history will not load. It will only load after a bit of back and forth with that couple. Then you realize you had already sent introductions email to that couple before, and you feel like an idiot...
