Who's On is messing up

What's happening ? It's done it again.
When we click on " Who's On " those that show up as 2,3 or 4 miles away live hundreds of miles away and we know that some of the locals are ON.

When we click on Who's On profiles appear from far away but it says they are 3 , 4 5, miles away and no one that's really that close appears.
