Whats up with the chat rooms

I have never gotten SLS chat rooms to work on iOS products.

Does the chat room feature not work on mobile or iPad?

UMMMMM the chat rooms are still having log in issues such as message saying its the first time in chat so need to establish a data base???

The other issue is that the contact list has gone crazy - listing profiles that are a complete mystery

• showing no contacts at all

it seems as though its a random daily mess now. NO response from Tech Support and CS doesn't know what a chat contact list is!!!

HELP!

Chatted with other profiles and the contact list craziness seems very widespread.
