SLS IM not making a noise anymore

see below ...SLS chime muted ....I wrote 34 days ago and was told they were working on it lol I said It would be six months looks like I was on the right track

I also wish for this to return.

its been maybe a month or so that I have realized that when I sent out an IM or receive one I no longer get a chime? how can i get it back?
