Think I’m going to set our toggles to Want for both, THEN edit our text and see what happens. Ofc, could be like crossing the streams in Ghostbusters...
It happens to everyone who makes a change to profile text. The way to fix it is to change only that set of toggles. Change anything else and it goes into the moderation queue and you're back to wanting smokers and drinkers.
That was happening to me last week when I made some updates to my profile. I thought it was strange.
Oh my,,, we updated our tag line to " :~)" and guess what, our setting changed to "I only want people that drink/smoke".... instead of "I do not care" (shouldn't I be We?)
on a side note what happened to ncalcouple (nutcal) you forumers finally get them blocked?
If you update any of the written sections in your profile (looking for etc) the site defaults to want drinkers and smokers. Started a few months ago I think.
Just want to spread the word to those that may be affected :D
Thanks for pointing this out. We don’t care, but our preferences had changed to “wanted”. Good catch.
Anyone notice that your profile preferences where changed without you doing it? Friends noticed that it indicated that we wanted drinkers & smokers. We were always ok with drinkers & smokers & changed it back. Don't know what happened or how long it may have been like that. Folks may want to review your profiles.
