I quoted something SOTW posted. Basically I said that the new photo guidelines needed to be put in the TOS and somewhere on the homepage. But, they need to add the part about default photos because that really is the issue. They need to say what is acceptable instead of what isn't. Some of the people who have emailed support have been told their default wasn't showing up because they didn't meet the new guidelines; meaning their clear face wasn't showing. And they were told that. Magically these defaults are back. So...?

On a site like this photos are what draw people in. IMO, an adult site with pages and pages full of the site default thumbnail will not keep interest. I know we aren't going to click on every single profile to see if we might be attracted to someone. Not to mention, all the people who have their views on who think that views = interest. I suspect there will be a lot of "Hey, I saw you checked out my profile..." emails. I also expect even more bitching about it's unfair that one group can view another but they can't view them because they're blocked.

Someone should report SOTW for her yellow tits being inappropriate. No way can a yellow tit be safe for a child.

As I read the "cropping" rule, it seems to forbid cropping the picture such that all one sees is the torso of the people and not their faces. You can crop a picture but as long as the faces are visible you're OK.

I agree the "straddling an object" is vague and requires some additional exposition.

So if I understand this correctly, if a picture shows a couple, fully dressed, not touching, just standing beside each other, showing head to toe, that's okay. Take the exact same picture, crop it at shoulder level, and suddenly it's not child safe? How does that make any kind of sense?

I may continue to rate pics, but I refuse to call one non-safe just because the face isn't showing. I refuse to follow stupid rules, and if I get banned from rating, so be it.

Went to re rate a few pics today and this popped up. Now you know what type of picture you need for "child safe"

Pictures Considered NOT Child Safe Guidelines

Women:

• Headless
• Photo taken from behind, where the person's face isn't visible, only the back of their head is visible.
• Grabbing and/or touching any sexual area of the body by either self or someone else.
• No excessive cleavage at all.
• No closeup and/or "cropped" photos of the torso at all.
• No suggestive poses either clothed, in under ware and/or bathing suites (i.e. spread eagle, straddling an object, etc.)

Men:

• Headless
• Photo taken from behind, where the person's face isn't visible, only the back of their head is visible
• Grabbing and/or touching any sexual area of the body by either self or someone else
• No excessive pubic area shots
• No closeup and/or "cropped" photos of the torso at all
• No exposure to the penis and/or visible area displaying the penis or an outline of the penis

Couples:

• Headless
• Photo taken from behind, where the person's face isn't visible, only the back of their head is visible
• No excessive kissing
• No suggestive poses (either sexual and/or fetish)
• Grabbing and/or touching any sexual area of the body by either self or someone else
• No closeup and/or "cropped" photos of the torso at all
• No suggestive poses either clothed, in under ware and/or bathing suites (i.e. spread eagle, straddling an object, etc.)

Hey tech support, why not remove all pictures that are older than 3 years? This will force people to upload some recent pictures and your lifetime members won't have to look at grainy old pictures. Most of the pictures we seem to be re-approving are 2008 and older.

We (I've) got a 90 percent approval rating... Like someone else said Disney G rating or even more G rated.... so most pictures don't pass. Kind of Sux...

Don't get me started on the cleavage Nala from the Lion King flaunted..

True... Plus Ariel only wore seashells, Jasmine wore a skimpy top with see through pants, Princess Leia wore a bikini and was chained to a Slug in suggestive poses and... believe it or not... some scenes are shot with someone not facing the camera.
