It's weird. The few times I've had that happen, it cleared up after a day or so. But lots of other folks have said it's pretty much permanent.
You can message customer service for help, but I think that the consensus is that they generally reply that it's not something they can fix. That's just what I've read in the fora though, so take it with a grain of salt.
