Being new to the LS can make anyone nervous, I remember when we started many years ago. We aren't all about playing with others all the time. Matter of fact we have met most of our closest friends in the LS. We go to our club weekly, do relax, drink and dance. Its night club with bonuses!!
Well, up until just a few short days ago, I'd have pointed you to the Getting Started sub-forum, which had a wealth of information. It's mostly gone now and what's there won't be much help.
I don't think you need to be aggressive in order to find playmates, but that's not quite the same thing as being uncomfortable. Are you going to clubs and then unsure of how to proceed if you decide you see a couple or single you like? Or are you talking about meeting people on line and then not knowing how to take it to the next step?
Sorry for all the questions, but getting useful answers, especially in this section which is usually about matters related to the website, is kind of tough without more information.
Were still new to the lifestyle and getting used to playing with others. were not aggressive so sometimes we don't play what are some helpful ideas that would get us more comfortable with playing
