Messages disappearing?

<p>You have your profile hidden to free members. I am almost certain that is why your messages are disappearing. That will cause your messages to free members to disappear. It will also cause your messages to members that have just paid to disappear. Please go to "Tools" and "Privacy Features" and temporarily turn that off to see if your issue goes away and let me know.</p>

I have the same issue. And also. Go to message someone and write the message and then push send and it deletes it. That has happened a dozen times last 7 days or so. Some messages I had to rewrite 3-4 times. I stopped using the actual SLS app because that’s garbage and doesn’t work for shit. So hopefully they can get this fixed sense it’s not free to those of us who pay

<p>I read these. If someone blocks you, the messages will disappear.</p>

<p>The site has had a spammer over the last few days. We have deleted 1000s and 1000s of messages that were spam. That could be the cause as well.</p>

<p>If you do not believe that those are the issue, you have to send a ticket and you need to list the profile names that have disappeared. If the issue is unknown to us, you have to work with us and give us the details so that we can research it.</p>

Mine disappeared and have stayed gone!!

Do the site administrators ever look at the chats here?

I know if someone blocks you or you block them they'll dissappear

Has anyone resolved this issue I created a ticket trying to see if they could help they told me things seem fine but I'm not able to see my inbox at all nor can I even begin to generate a message to anyone

<p>The messages will disappear if any of the following are true:</p>

<p>1) The profile is pending deletion.</p>

<p>2) The profile has been deleted.</p>

<p>3) The profile is in a flagged/unapproved state.</p>

<p>4) You have completely blocked their profile type (couple, male or female).</p>

<p>5) A block between the profiles is in place (either you blocking them or them blocking you).</p>

Wayne what happens to messages in your inbox if a member deletes their profile?

Long messages can show as more than one on the counter. I forget the number of characters that count as one but it's less that you would think.

Yes, mine said 4 messages. Click on messages and get just one. The rest are gone

<p>It could also be that the other profile was flagged by the site for some reason and then reapproved.</p>

Anyone else having messages come through and then disappearing from your mailbox? Its happened 3 times to us. Sometimes it pops up the next day or two later.
