It's possibly not the result of an automated computer search. As often as not things like this are the result of individuals seeing something they don't like and reporting your profile to admin.
Even if your profile doesn't seem to violate any of the written terms of service, you are often taken offline and about the only thing you can do is to start guessing at what might be wrong and remove it.
I've learned two things.
1) The pettiness and spite of some individuals will never cease to amaze.
2) Getting a direct answer regarding what specifically is wrong within your profile is very similar to getting money back from the IRS once they've got it.
I've found what works best for me is to just take a guess at what might be giving me problems and removing/changing it.
I will comment though that most of these issues, kik IDs, outside email names, directing someone to your single's or couple's profile if needed, etc... are all actions that are allowed through your emails here. They are just not allowed to be placed in the narrative of your profile.
