I found an old little work around for blocking someone that is hidden (from years ago) I don't know if it will work for this or not, but worth a shot.
To block someone who is hidden.
1) click on their profile and copy their ID in the address html, then
2) click on ANY profile to block, but don't submit block just yet,
3) substitute the ID at the top html address with the one you want to block and
4) hit the "return" key(ENTER).
