On a separate but similar note, has anyone found any documentation on what exactly the friends list is for or the intended benefits of being "friends"? It seems like a wannabe FB feature.

It does get better, or worse I guess in reality. The request is from a SM whom we have blocked and also have SMs blocked with profile unviewable. How could he possibly have access to send friend request?

Going to sound like a broken record here. But the blocking system has huge security and safety flaws. Someone you have blocked, can still see when you are signed up for an event. They can see your hotdate listing, etc. But that’s what happens when you use 1990’s coding. When someone is blocked, they should not be able to see anything at all, as if your profile doesn’t even exist. But SLS doesn’t take these matters seriously.

We have a friend request from a couple whom we blocked some time ago. How is it possible for them to access us? Clicking on our default pic should send them the "blocked" message" and nothing else.
