Free membership privileges

I am personally of the opinion that Free Members are the source of a great number of the problems associated with this site. They are the reason we can't have explicit public pics. They are by far the majority of the fakes on here.

Why are free members allowed to post hot dates? Seems to us that this would be a wonderful way to gently move them to purchasing a membership so that we can take them seriously.
