Events STILL poorly designed

A note to add.... This is the desktop version. If you click "Events" on the menu in the App, it functions as you might expect. Why the links do different things between the desktop and the App is another discussion.

So the events feature of the website, even after all the feedback (mostly negative) from members and refusal of the staff to listen, is still poorly designed and ambiguous. I'll walk through an example to illustrate.

I know an event is happening for Kiss and Bliss on 12/28.

  1. Click on Hot Date --> Sat 12/28 Events, and it shows up under the events listing.

But on the left side navigation ribbon, we have Hot Date, Events, Clubs and Groups. What does all this stuff mean? Well, being an event, I would guess Kiss and Bliss would be listed under the "Events" on the left side.

  1. Click Events on the left. You are greeted with the Events home splash page with instructions on how to create an event. Across the top we have: "Hot Date" (wait, doesn't that already have a direct navigation button? Shrugs), Clubs, Socials, Parties, Travel, SLS Groups, and Other.

Well, If you click Clubs on the left, you'll see Kiss and Bliss shows up as a Club. So it must be under the Clubs tab at top.

  1. Click "Clubs." Nope. No Kiss and Bliss event under Clubs

Wait, Kiss and Bliss is also shown as an SLS Group under the left navigation button "Groups." Ah Ha! So it must be under the "SLS Groups" tab!

  1. Click the SLS Groups tab. Nope. No Kiss and Bliss event under Clubs

But clicking all the tabs, I did find it listed under the 'Other" tab indicating it must not be a SLS Group or SLS Club (whatever the hell the difference is) even though it's shown as both.

Confused? Of course. Most users are. But just because you paid a lifetime membership like myself, don't expect any logical improvements. You've already paid. They already have your money.
