Just sent 2.. TWO messages to a guy and either one showed it was sent or showed a record of us sending it.. ! ??? Come on SLS!!
Well I should have never said anything. All day today pics not loading error messages when I try to open messages. WTF
<p>You can email screenshots to techsupport@swinglifestyle.com. We do already know that the site had problems earlier.</p>
I have two screenshots from minutes ago Wayne if you need examples.
One, you see? You jinxed it!
I have to be honest I have had not one problem on the site now for over a week. I have probably just jinxed myself but just being honest.
vabeach started this thread. I assume that was because they wanted help. I am trying to help them.
You will help them, and all other customers, if you fix all the problems that are continuously being reported to you (per the messages on the error pages). Since the problems are automatically and continuously being reported to you, you already have all the information needed, right? So get to work and fix the problems.
Not only will the customers be more happy, but the company, developers and you will be less deluged by the automatic error notifications (this assuming the company, developers and you are actually getting them...)(but you know how it goes with ASSuming...)
All day, the site has been hanging up at random and returning the "page you're tying (sic) to reach" error. This has happened with clicking on profiles, forum posts, and logging in. I mean, I would say the site behaves like this 50% of the time.
One forum reply generated a massive wall of code. I would post that except that I did that once and it contained account details, including my password, so I won't do that again.
I'm really just bitching. I'm not complaining about anything that hasn't been complained about 1,000 times before.

So if the company, the developers and customer service have already been notified about any and all problems, why bother the customer(s) again? Why not just get to work and fix the problems, any and all problems?
<p>The developers see that information and have tools to monitor the site. I do not have access to all that information. As I stated, the site had some issues early this morning. I was trying to find out from vabeach the approximate time that they had issues so I could cross-reference it with what the developers are seeing. </p>
"It' impossible for me to help you if you do not give me the details"
So you're saying that although the error screen plainly says "our staff has been notified", it does not actually mean "our staff has been notified" ?
<p>"<span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:tahoma,verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:14px">Why would you need to ask a member to give you examples and details???"</span></p>
<p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:tahoma,verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:14px">Because I am not seeing this. I have not had any errors today at all. I believe there was an issue earlier this morning (maybe around 8am) before I logged in. Is that when you were seeing issues? It' impossible for me to help you if you do not give me the details of what you are seeing. </span></p>
Wayne, the error messages which are a long term, reoccurring thing here always have a phrase, something like "our developers have been notified and will look into it". Why would you need to ask a member to give you examples and details???
<p>Can you give us details? What time did this happen or is it currently happening? Which pages of the site or all pages?</p>
Your site is a mess of error messages and code barfing.
Love,
Me
