Dead profiles . why is there no time limit on them?

That's what the FREE MEMBERS is about.
"We have a Gazillion members"

Because if they removed all the profiles that haven't logged in in 6 months they would have only 500 members vs. the millions advertised.......

on my home page they have a "new members this week" count, that in my 10+ years on here has consistantly been right around the 10K per week, 10,000 new members per WEEK!!! right below that they have the Members Online count.. and again, in my 10 years the number of people online has consistantly been at the 10K range.... you would think that if they are adding 10,000 new members per week, that the online count would eventually go up... doesn't its all a facade!!!!

I understand that when you pay for a Lifetime Membership, it is for life. But what good is a Lifetime Membership if it is dead? There are too many profiles on SLS where there have been no logins for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, over a year, etc. SLS should have a time limit on profiles to weed out all the useless members (and probably fakes & flakes) if they have not logged on in 60 days? I seriously doubt anyone would have a problem with that.... I know we are tired of seeing compatible members only to read that they a really are not here because they have not logged on in months. If they won't remove their dead profile, then SLS should.

If enough of us send the staff here emails asking them to have a time limit on "dead" profiles (and post it on the membership sign up page) maybe we will all waste a little less time on here looking for those rare "real people".
