Could there be a like or dislike button for messaging?

Hello everyone, could there be a like or dislike button when a member sends you a a message you either
1 LIKE BUTTON.... Keeps the member visible to you and requires you to message back so you know when they looked at your message.

  1. DISLIKE BUTTON..... erases the message and deletes the member from your view and you from there view while notifying the member that their message was not approved.

Seems this would be an easier way to manage unwanted "spam" and repeat messages.
This is what should happen with unwanted friend requests, video chats, picture requests, etc. The member disliking someone (blocking) is given an easier path with no repeats and the member that is disliked doesn't waste time messaging the person who doesn't want their attention.
