[LOCKED]Continuing Chat Problems

chat went down again, was working this am

more issues, it says session connection limit reached then disconnects, been going on for two days

most of the rooms are down, will this ever get fixed?

<p>For these sort of issues, you need to submit a ticket with details. I just went into chat and the main room loaded instantly and my cam started instantly. </p>

<p>If you still are having issues, let me know which room is not loading and for your cam issue. Is it your cam starting or you trying to watch someone else's cam.</p>

<p>The chat developer has been doing a lot of maintenace on the chat to try to improve it. When he is doing that sort of work, there may be disruptions. </p>

<p>Submit a Techsupport ticket so I can try to help you. The chat room is slow sometimes and has some problems here and there, but it works the majority of the time. I was in there multiple times yesterday. Over a 100 people were in there each time. If it never works for you, there is something else happening besides something on our end.</p>

<p>Is it never loading for you? Sometimes it can take up to a minute or so for it to load. You just have to wait. </p>

<p>Try using the "Reload chat" icon in the upper right corner of the chat window. That is the icon that looks like a circular arrow.</p>

chat rooms won`t load. is anyone working to resolve the issue?

some body needs to pay attn to this sight i know a lot of customers are about to leave to much bs here not convent for meany people WAKE UP bob

Having constant problems with chat lately: rooms won't load, members list won't load once you do get into a chatroom, and then very often instant disconnects when the first two issues don't appear.
