There are literally hundreds of exploitable conditions in flash that allowed code execution, and allowed malware installation on people's computers. Flash wasn't removed by Apple on a whim, it was removed because it is a massive security risk that was getting thousands of people hacked.
Chat room is all white
January 1dt is indeed 10 days away. However, I dont think many have faith that it will go without a hitch. Nothing like waiting for the 11th hpur. And then some. 3 year notice, definitely plenty of time for a generous testing phase.
Oh, and since it has never worked on an iPad, I don’t see flash as being the be all end all of the issue
Wayne, do you seriously expect that any one at apple cares anything about sls using flash and not upgrading to a current standard when it was announced in 2017 that flash was being deprecated and no longer supported? Your developers have had over two years to fix the issue and yet, you still cannot use chat on a mobile device as specifically indicated by your support team for the last couple years. I hope you guys are being honest when you say it will work come january 1.
We should have a new chat-room that does not require Flash by the end of the year.
That is only ten days away. Relief is coming. So be patient everyone
From what I've heard, the flash used on SLS will be phased out on all platforms in the coming years. Chrome, firefox, everything. So if you update anything, you won't be able to use sls chat. The only solution is for SLS to update their system.

Did you complain to Apple years ago? They are the company that stopped supporting Flash on their mobile devices years ago when Flash was still the standard. Now that Flash is coming to its end of life, we are working on getting a new chat-room done that does not require Flash.

SLS support / Wayne, please make sure you inform people that the chat has NEVER worked on an iPad so regardless of the browser, you are still unable to chat if you are using an apple mobile device. We have complained about it for years and it never gets fixed by their developers.

Apple has already removed Flash support from their latest version of Safari. If you were using Safari, you will need to use something like Chrome on a Mac. If you already are using a browser such as Chrome or Firefox, check to make sure Flash is still enabled. We should have a new chat-room that does not require Flash by the end of the year.

It shouldn’t stop working until the date, it’s not like a disassembling phase.

I was just coming here to see if anyone else is having a problem with the chatrooms. Appears that Adobe is getting rid of Adobe Flash so Im wondering if thats whats going on with the chat application here on this site. I used to get the notification to use Adobe Flash when logging in but not getting that anymore.
Thank you
Opening a support ticket might get you more specific help than a forum post.
Although the suggestion you have received is reasonable.
Have you tried a different browser? I am able to get in using FireFox and Chrome.
Hi can't get the chat room to work for the last week. It's just A white page. Flash is up to date .
