Certifications

For us, it worked just as TomandDiane said. We have not had a problem with receiving them. However, we reject them because as a policy we don't accept any certs. Long story...

Having a similar issue. One couple can not see the cert I provided, even when they go to Tools and then My Certs. and I am showing it is awaiting their approval. They sent me one and I can not see it and accept it, either.

EdandBritney, prior to the "upgrades" when we had a cert the notification we got was posted on the messages page with a flashing notice about getting a new cert and could be found between the header and the messages in our inbox.

E&B: We use a laptop. Don't know if that makes a difference or it's changed now where you have to go to Tools & then check your certs.

We exchanged certs with a couple soon after SLS did away with the e-mail. Used to be you got a flying bird & when you went to mail the "You have a new cert" flashed. We clicked on the archived mail & saw the notification was there.

We wrote a cert and had to inform the recipient also. Your experience is not unique.

With the new system we were unaware that we received a cert from a couple we met last weekend. Previously you would get a message that you can click on and accept the cert. The couple had to advise us to go into tools then check certs and accept it. If they didn't tell us that they sent one, we would have no idea. C'mon
