TechSupport, has anyone in Admin ever considered doing just a little bit of Customer Service and posting an explanation when things like this happen????

Id love to know an answer to this as well. Please FIX them!
If there is an Admin or other person who knows the facts...….please answer the simple question of whether the camera problem in the chat rooms is a temporary glitch or a permanent change. A little bit of info would be so helpful.
