That’s insane. Honestly. There is a fix for any website issue. It’s code. You find the bug and rewrite the code so it doesn’t do it anymore.

This is a recent development, not an ongoing issue. Thanks A competent person would gather information to help define when it happened, to whom it happened, and analyze that to find the commonality. A competent person would then look at events related to the commonality, say an email that was sent to a subscriber list none of us belong to anymore. A competent person wouldn’t need the basics of troubleshooting explained to them, but hey, we aren’t exactly surrounded by competence as it pertains to website design.

What the “developer” (whom I would not include in a Venn diagram involving competent people) really said was “Fuck if I know, so pretend it’s not there”. In what other business in the planet would that be an acceptable answer???

We haven't unsubscribed from anything. I find it unbelievable that it cannot be fixed. I think its probably more like, "the developers here don't know how to fix it, and they refuse to hire someone who could."

<p>Unfortunately, this is a bug in the old message system. There is no fix for it. I'm not 100% what causes it. It seems to have something to do with unsubscribing from groups or newsletters.</p>

The bird is flying (always a nice sight to see) and there's 1 Archived Mail notification. I've checked every mail tab, every cert we've offered, hell, I think I've clicked on every tab on the site with no luck.

Ticket submitted. I never thought I'd say this, but please...Make the bird go away!
