Profile

I am the one that flagged your profile. I see that it is online now. Not sure why it was put back online. I will follow up on that. I flagged it because of the below line in your profile:
"SLS Tec Support's new Profile Pic policy states that profile pics now must show your faces. Until this is clarified, we will not have pics on this site."
Our policy does not state that you must show your face. You can post all the pictures that you want that do not show your face. The rule change is the following:
If your default picture does not show your face, that default picture will not show outside your profile in lists, such as the Who's On list. It will still show as the default picture when someone opens and views your profile.
Please remove that statement from your profile.

Your picture should have been rated G.

From Wayne at SLS:

“We are in the process of re-classifying all public pictures for the app due to the restrictions placed on us by Google and Apple. If you want to upload a "G" rated picture and make it your default, you can. A "G" rated picture would be one that is totally non sexual. Here are the guidelines:

Picture cannot be Headless
No Photo taken from behind, where the person's face isn't visible, only the back of their head is visible
No excessive kissing
No suggestive poses (either sexual and/or fetish)
No Grabbing and/or touching any sexual area of the body by either self or someone else
No closeup and/or “cropped” photos of the torso at all
No suggestive poses either clothed, in underwear and/or bathing suits (i.e. spread eagle, straddling an object, etc.)
For females: no excessive cleavage at all.
For males, no exposure to the penis and/or visible area displaying the penis or an outline of the penis”

I got a reply back from tech support saying that the pic has to be G-rated. When I pressed saying that it is completely G-rated, they replied that our faces are obstructed and they cannot be.

That's not happening. Guess we'll remain gumby and take our chances. Discretion and anonymity are more important to us than profile clicks.

Seems like a hella good strategy to chase people away.

It takes several hours and sometimes days to have a new Default pic added. Please see the multiple posts in the Website and the Open forums threads. Or if you are a lifetime member there is a green banner stating Millions of pics need to be re-rated. Yours is just one of those Millions.

The best suggestion I can give you is to press the default pic button on a computer, not on a phone. Other than that, contact tech support.

We are new to the site and have created our public gallery along with selecting a general picture of us for our thumbnail default. For some reason, the 'gumby couple' picture is still there and hasn't updated to our selected default picture.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
