You could probably read a dozen reviews given to other single gentlemen and have a pretty good idea what needs to be done with your profile. ;-)
The biggest impression I get after reading your profile is that it's all about you. See what you can do to make Looking For more about those you're interested in and what sort of encounters your prefer. Move information about you to Description or Experience/Fantasies. Try to pare down the repetition and don't mention things that are in your stats or obvious from your photos. Think of something for Additional Comments - how far you'll travel or if you can host are always things I like to know.
The numerous references to fetishes might be off-putting to some and emphasis on giving oral always makes me wonder if achieving or maintaining an erection might be a problem. You might want to mention both of those more in passing and expand on them once you start exchanging messages or meet in person.
Your photos are generally good - but you could eliminate a few (many are essentially the same selfie).
