Pictures Upload

<p>Yes, there is a delay issue right now. If they disappeared from pending, they have been approved and will eventually show up.</p>

<p>This seems to be an issue with the way the header information in the picture file is interpreted by our software. This is happening a lot and in almost every case, when I have the person email me their pictures, they are sideways when I view them on my Windows 10 PC. Are the pictures from a mobile phone/tablet? </p>

<p>Here is how I fix them and you can do the same thing. Load them into a picture editor and make sure they are displayed properly. Then do a "Save As" and save them to a new file and upload that file. </p>

You can try reuploading them in a smaller size and see if that fixes the problem or contact Support and ask them.

I just uploaded some new photos and they are sideways. How do I remedy this?
