Your profile text is full of repetitions, sloppy mistakes and questionable word choices (I think you mean quiet, not quit). You need to take more time with your text and then proofread it carefully. You don't need to tell us everything in your profile - just enough to get people to contact you (or reply when you contact them). There are a LOT of single gentlemen on SLS and you need to be appealing and/or enticing to have some success. Attitude is everything - so keep it all positive.
Put those dick pics in a personal or private gallery that you open on request. Get a few fully dressed photos where you're smiling in your public gallery. I know the Tshirt is comfy but it makes you look sloppy so either find one that fits better or put on your Sunday best.
Making connections online is not easy - it takes a lot of work and attention to details. Be sure to come back after making changes if you need more help.

I'm going to be really blunt here. I get the occasional message from guys searching for a femdom to kick them in the balls and make fun of their dicks and they less obviously looking for humiliation than you are. And I could pretty easily be convinced that you're trolling people, because your profile is so ridiculously bad.
The only advice I can give you is start over. New profile, new photos, completely new attitude. There really is someone for everyone, but you actually have to present yourself as someone others will consider and your current approach won't do that.
Clothed photos only, no mention of your dick, don't put yourself down, and use a computer to check spelling and grammar.
To start over, create a new free profile and ask SLS customer service to transfer over the billing once it's in decent shape.
