Perhaps they are using the mobile app...?
We can't read the messages we have- except for those from management. Pretty sure all members got those. They were kind of old, but we hadn't been on for a long time.
When trying to read the messages from others, we get a message that video chat is the new communication method, that's only available to paid/lifetime memberships. Not sure how that works, and are not too keen on the idea.
