How to do Kegel Exercises
Make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lie down.
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold tight and count 3 to 5 seconds.
Relax the muscles and count 3 to 5 seconds.
Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night).
You could also do this exercise with your partner or by yourself by inserting your own finger. You could also do this during intercourse squeeze your muscles then release squeeze your muscles then release.. your partner should be able to feel those Kegel muscles you can also insert your finger and you should be able to feel them.

I do standard Kegels sometimes as a part of my yoga practice, but otherwise use either a jade egg (for the weight, not because I'm a weird hippie) or something called the InTENSity pelvic exerciser, which is a TENS unit for your vagina. I've had so much surgery and had a hysterectomy so long ago that exercising my pelvic floor just seems like a good idea.
Do any of you have a regular kegal workout routine? I had pelvic reconstruction a few years ago, and if I don't do my exercises, I can tell. I usually do them at night as I fall asleep... but then I fall asleep so don't finish.
I also got some Kegal exercise balls, but even the heaviest one didn't seem like much of a challenge to keep in. The pack came with loop thingies to insert and remove and has a double loop for two balls. I haven't tried that one yet. Well, I've got some time before I go to the gym so I'll give it a shot
