I think for this to work it would have to be VERY short, like a 2" penis that is 2.5" in diameter.

Girth measured by the circumference? I'm not big around enough to qualify. I'm 4.53" around, and 6.3" long.

Well I did lose length but that was from the peyronies surgery that started this whole ordeal, was 8-3/4” before but now just at 7-1/2” which actually suits my wife fine. Most guys lose length when getting am implant because they go with out an erection for years without the implant and without having (morning wood) you will start losing length, also the girth is decided by the mfg of the implant and your size before implant (I learned way too much during this) the coloplast increases girth and the AMX does not. I am glad I lost a little length because at my original length and my new girth would not make the wife happy, I’m just glad it gets hard whenever I want and stays hard as long as I want, you can also adjust how hard or soft you want it to be as I’ve had complaints that it was to hard.
