Since it is on your mind, go for it. Probably always best to list the constructive things first and temper the negative sentiment a bit. Have you gotten in touch with the host(s) to let them know of any concerns that you may have had? We have had some interesting times at places that were much different than we expected because something was missed along the way.

It looks to me that the Club section of this forum is for exactly as you describe, certainly a lot of threads there doing just that. To your second question, yes, I would think it only responsible to give both sides, good and bad, in any report.
