HWP mean normal healthy body. Not skinny or fat. For men this means that if they stand up straight and look down they can see their feet.

For women it mean that their waist is smaller then their hips

To answer the question as realistically as I can, there are two definitions for HWP. There's the one that has to do with even, healthy weight distribution. That's the definition that is used by people who aren't skinny and hot. Then there's the other definition of HWP that means skinny and hot, used by people who are skinny and hot.
