I have personally met two couples who are full swap (oral to completion and intercourse) but do not allow kissing with others. This definitely strikes me as a bit "odd" . So long as there are new people getting into the LS there will always be a fresh supply of people looking to soft swap. Not saying people have to start that way, but a lot of them do. There are also more experienced folks that are OK with soft swap as well.
