Facebook Swinger Groups

Early, I mentioned our local club and the use of Facebook by the members. I created a second face pool account so that I could occasionally check on upcoming events at the club.

It’s amazing to me to see how many people use their real Facebook account to access and interact with the group page. They’ll post some sexy pics, which is great, but then when you click on their profile you’ll see all of their vanilla life info. I don’t want to see pictures of their grandparents, sister’s wedding, kid’s prom night, or coworker Colin from accounts.

Ok, I was wrong about facebook swing groups.
Maybe it is just groups in my area or maybe they changed since I last checked.
I will go look at them again.

Goodenuff- they tried that with me. Forget what set them off.
I had to open a new email account and send them a driver's license and they still were not happy.
So I called the state DA and he yelled at them and I got my account back.

Me either. Facebook locked me out when I messaged someone on Facebook telling him I had something he might be interested in. He responded by asking for pictures of it. I told him I didn't know how to put them on Fcaebook but I could try to figure it out. he responded asking if I could text him the pictures of the antique outboard motor I had inherited and wanted to get rid of. I never got to respond...

Facebook immediately locked my account before I could respond to his message and said they wouldn't let me back unless I sent Facebook a copy (front and back) of my driver's license. They said they would delete the DL information as soon as they were sure I was a real person. No way to call Facebook to see if it was legit but I could no longer get on Facebook.

Nope. You do not get a copy (front and back) of my driver's license. I've asked others to look for my page and apparently it's gone. That was 6 years ago. I haven't been back since but I recently got a message in my email from Facebook- telling me they've updated something about privacy...?

My page had no pictures, no information about me just my name, city/state and it said "Nothing to see here, just here to look at businesses with no website but use Facebook." I guess Facebook didn't know who to sell my info to because there was no info to sell...?

It's the opposite for us. We are part of at least 4 or 5 FB groups and there are multiple MnG's and events monthly between them all. We have met many more people from the groups in the last couple of years than we have after almost 20 years on SLS.

Exactly.. we too are NOT on FB !

I don't trust facebook privacy either, profiles are all the time getting hacked and stolen.

Our local club has a Facebook swinger group which is very active. A lot of the people in that group are also in several other swinger groups. My problem with Facebook is that I don’t trust them to keep my information private. The whole premise of Facebook is the interconnectedness of all things. Eventually, the meta data reveals all.

I have met a few people from facebook groups it's been a good experience for us .

I have noticed private swinger groups popung up; I'm on two groups. Is anyone else on any groups? Any recommendations? Are there any senior groups?
