You act like the guy, who choked out, was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing and was attacked over past crimes. That's hilarious.

Do you think the ex marine knew anything about this idiot and his past issues with the law? The idiot was making threats and harassing people and he got justice served. There is no telling what drugs were in the idiots system. People are aware that police are stretched thin and people are not going to sit around and see what the idiots does. Some people know how to respond to an aggressive person making threats. He fucked around and he found out. Should be and better be a lesson learned for those thinking people are just going to sit there and see what happens. People protesting and making threats should be hand cuffed and jailed immediately.

We both seem to be very consistent.

I am consistent in stating that I do not want a person to be judge, jury and executioner. I don't care if it is the guy whose door was knocked on, a cop, or anyone else. We have a legal system and I want it used. KINGS were judge and jury, at least they handed off the executioner to someone else.

You are consistent in it's ok to kill someone who has a rap sheet. Regardless if they did their time and paid their debt to society, they are always a peace of shit in your mind and it is justifiable for anyone to kill them.
