First off, don't think that there is hatred for Trump. There is disdain for a lot of his actions. Seeing that there are a lot of subjective actions he took, I will judge the living shit out of those. When I find things that are good, I will point them out, and I have. When I find things bad, I will point them out, and I have.

You are mistaken about some of your premises and the reason is that you do not know. Biden can declassify, but not all. Trump can declassify. Another spot where that premise is wrong is that there are procedures to do that. As I mentioned way back when, if these were declassified (choose either one) they become PUBLIC records. That means you or I or anyone can file a FISA request for copies of them. The minute that Trump went down that path, I feel quite confident that Fox, CNN, NyTimes, WaPo, Brietbart, etc. all were filling out paperwork to submit for copies. Notice that they have never ever gotten them?

There is NO double standard by the DoJ and FBI. NONE. You, again, are failing to understand the actions.

Why did the FBI exercise a warrant? Not because Trump was cooperating. Because Trump fucking LIED to them. Trump said he returned all of them. He didn't. They knew he didn't. They gave Trump nearly a YEAR to cooperate. Trump's actions forced the DOJ to file a search warrant. The judge found probable cause and signed off on it. The FBI executed the warrant.

Now, let's look at Biden. Biden's team FOUND documents. Biden's team NOTIFIED Nara. Biden's team turned them over to NARA. Where has Biden NOT COOPERATED?

Just today news reports even more documents were found on top of what's already been reported, which unlike in Trump's case he had the classified documents in his library at Mar-A-Lago in a secured safe. Biden on the other hand according to today's news update has his classified documents in cardboard boxes scattered in different homes easily accessible by anyone. Also, look at the time line. The documents Trump had cover a time period from his inauguration in 2017 on ward. Biden's cover a time period covering when he was inaugurated as Vice President in 2010 through Trump's inauguration in 2017.

Add to that Biden was Vice President during that time and didn't legally have the ability to declassify the documents. During Trumps time he was President and according to federal law he did have the power to declassify any document he wanted to.

Lastly, your hatred of Trump shows in each and every post you make about him. When I comes to Trump you and many others seem to leave your cognitive thinking at the door and let your hatred cloud your thought process and judgement.

I suspect that had more to do with the entirely unnecessarily drawn out process of retrieving those documents (what was he hiding was my thought, along with how weird I found the My Preciousssss approach), plus it's not like it would be unheard of for Trump to disclose classified information to Russian officials or to mishandle documents and that was when he was president and surrounded by people with security clearances (even if they shouldn't have had it).

ok- I'll express "outrage" over any Biden misuse of classified documents the same way I was disgusted by what Trump has done since he left office. Anyone who intentionally fails to follow required procedures should be barred from holding any federal office. If its Biden vs Trump in 2024 I'll vote for a 3rd candidate or not vote at all.

Well, after everyone (Especially On The Left) were up in arms over Trump's handling of classified documents -- now Biden is in the same situation! Yet, there's no FBI raid to any of Biden's homes -- and of course the Mainstream media is either not reporting on it or spinning it in a way that favors Biden. I can't wait to read the response(s) to this post, as I'm sure the Democrats here will spin this subject in a hundred different ways all benefiting Biden!
