Onehell..... I never defended or put forth an opinion of "halfrican". I called him a Muslim because in that faith, the children are by birth the religion of their father and he has practiced the religion of Islam. Also, Islam is a RELIGION not a RACE. So it can't be racist. Lastly, Baltimore IS rat infested. The fact that it is an area when black people reside has no bearing on the fact that it is rat infested. The BLACK mayor even said this EXACT THING.

So, we are at ONE word. A word for which I also use in reference to myself, my children and my grandchildren. Yet, it's racist. Bravo. You'll make a great politician one day. You can spin anything.

You’re correct in one aspect that I do not personally know you Mario. But I have this same conversation with one of my best friends on a reoccurring basis. He uses the same reasoning as you and perfect. “Well technically the definition of____________, is
_____________, so I can say that”. Bullshit! You shouldn’t say that. I have the same conversation with my nephews and former classmates. I do know who you are.

And I will continue to use IMHO when I remember to because no matter who is writing whatever they do here. It’s 98% of the time that persons opinion. There are occasional conversations that people can reference a fact or two. But they are few and far between.

Why did I bring that point up? Because it was never the intention of the writers of the bills to allow people to exercise any and all forms of religion as they feel. It was so that there was NO state sponsored and thus mandated religion pushed onto the citizens. But then again, I doubt you know much about Martin Luther and the 99 theses and how it formed the protestant church. And the people that LEFT England were tired of the Church of England and how the English Civil wars drove people to leave to go to the 'new country' to practice THEIR protestant religion.

But let's have some more fun.

If you say that the purpose was to allow people to practice their religion freely . . . please explain how Mormons were not allowed to be polygamists. Please explain how Santeria is not allowed to do sacrifices. Please explain how we do not have the death penalty for adultery. And of course, please explain why we do not have Sharia law.

No I do know about Perfect and you. I have friends like you. I went to school with guys like you. I have friends like you. People who hide behind a definition of a word and use it on a technicality. Even though that word is antiquated and offensive. Guys who will is an offensive word to describe someone. Then say they are just repeating a new term they have heard. Guys who claim the NAACP is a racist organization because their name only mentions the advancement of certain segment of society. And then to top it off all these guys choose to defend their words.

There is a difference calling someone a racist when they have used words and defended those words. And calling someone who mentions a Chinese Restaurant a racist.

There are people who are not very intelligent who use these words because they know nothing else and they know no better. They stick out like a thumb that has been hit by a hammer. And then there are people like you and Perfect who are truly the scary ones and should be stopped. You know better but choose to hide behind definitions and free speech.
