In answer to your idiotic question, Trump was found liable in a court of law for sexual assault. The judge in the case said that the only reason it wasn't rape was because trump penetrated her with his finger rather than his penis. New York law defines rape as penetration with a penis. Other states define it differently.

So calling Trump a rapist is somewhat accurate. Although it is more accurate to say he was found liable for sexual assault, as I do.

Swalwell has not been convicted of anything. If enough evidence is found to indict, he should be indicted. If a jury finds that he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, he should be sentenced and serve the time assigned.

That's how our legal system works.
