All of these 39 lizards “owe allegiance to the United States”. That aspect is satisfied. “Levies war or against them” (the U.S.) - Not satisfied. No of said individuals has waged war against the United States. “ adheres to their (the U.S.) enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere“. None of these individuals adhered to, have given aid to or comforted the enemy, either in the U.S. or elsewhere. The third aspect is not satisfied.

2much like it or not immediately after that Comey under oath in his testimony said there was no Russian Collusion. 18USC793 leaking non classified government documents is punishable by 10 years prison.
