I think Biden would only pardon Trump after getting sworn in in 2025, because it would be terribly unpopular with the Democratic base. I also don't think he'd do it unless Trump asked for a pardon, and there's no way Trump is going to ask Biden for a pardon.

Completely disagree. Ted Bundy, on the eve of his execution was trying to negotiate with the government. They stay his execution and he will tell them where more bodies were buried. The government did not go for it. Trump is on the same moral conscious as Ted Bundy. They are both incapable of empathy. When Trump sees that he is going to go to prison, he will bargain luck a cheap poker hand.
He'll never take a plea. He's a narcissist. They can't admit to being wrong. He'll fight this until he dies. We're stuck him. He's a fat tick embedded in the American experience.
Well, the new conference that the "Donald" stated would result in all charges dropped against him has been cancelled...next is Trump negotiating for a plea deal. He is toast and he will do anything to keep him and his ego out of jail.
