So decriminalize drugs so they can make more drugs , I’m not a medical expert but if I put more weed killer on my lawn , more weeds die . Sometimes the grass too !

Not actually my problem, anymore than people who ride motorcycles without helmets are my problem.

I mean, sure, if making drugs and alcohol against the law was actually effective in saving lives, I would probably be all for it, but it isn't.

I blocked the OP, so he'll not see this, but my general response to hand flapping around addictions and the consequences thereof is a shrug.

Three of my five siblings are meth addicts, although one stopped 20 years ago (and took up drinking) and one of my nieces is in rehab right now. Addicts gonna addict and if they get clean it's because they want to not because anyone intervened.

If you really want people not to die from tainted drugs, decriminalize everything.

We all need to understand in 2020 the number one reason for death of Americans Eighteen to Forty Five was Fentanyl ………….And we had people losing jobs being beat and hassled because they wouldn’t wear a mask and in the meantime Fentanyl was doing the damage …These people are warped.

I know it is cynical and diabolical but I think the Cartels are financing the democrat party . Not one democrat will talk about it . One hundred fifty people a day die of Fentanyl overdose.

I don't think anyone in the world has solved the drug problem. Throughout history, people have become addicted to drugs. Hell, I know I am. Sugar is a drug. People are addicted to opioids, well shit, that goes back 8000 years.

I don't think Trump, Biden, Gandhi, Putin, Duerte, et al can solve addiction. Trump and I are similar in a few things: Neither of us drinks, neither of us smokes, and neither of us does drugs. He does diet coke, I do diet tea. History has shown that prohibitions do not work. History has shown that it is not solvable. History has shown it is very hard to control a 3rd party person's behavior.

I lost a niece to alcohol just after she turned 30. I have a fucktard brother-in-law who, even if it is 110 degrees will only wear long pants and long sleeves because he shoots up. I have a sister-in-law who was a crack-meth head-alcoholic. People's addictions to various drugs are everywhere. I don't know how to get people to be like me and I know I wouldn't want to. I don't like the taste of alcoholic drinks. In the last 35 years, I have had the neck's worth of a beer. I like to be in control of my body and mind and do not crave that feeling of losing control. I don't care to try anything that 'expands' my mind. Perhaps this is because of growing up I saw the deaths of friends who were on drugs and/or drunks. I saw girls I like to get raped because some fucking asshole gave them something. But that is me, and I can't expect everyone to have that upbringing and react the same. I think this is a problem that there is no solution for other than Darwin's theory.
