18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy

Notice the last one listed “FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS and BANKRUPTCY “ . I find that one very interesting for both reasons .

The National Archives OWN the records. The National Archives takes possession and STORES the records. "Presidential records of a former President shall be AVAILABLE to such former President". Nowhere does it say he owns them, or copies (another one of your lies disproven). Nowhere does it say he can take them after he leaves office and not turn them over to the National Archives.

(A) promptly provide notice of such determination to—

(i) the former President during whose term of office the record was created; and

(ii) the incumbent President;

What do you know , The Archives has to ask the President to make his records public .
