DoJ is not compelled to indict tomorrow. They can keep building the case. The more that Trump fights in court, the more it makes it easier for the DoJ to defend their position. No. There are over 110k employees in the DOJ. You can keep calling Biden's DOJ, it is not. Biden didn't hire the 110k employees. They do not change out each time the president changes.

The DoJ can change the head. Trump did it twice in 4 years. Obama did it twice in 8 years. The president can replace the attorneys. Trump nominated 86 and got 84. Biden has nominated 56 and 49 got in. Wonder what is going on with the rest? HELLO MITCH!

So the DOJ has a lot more career workers than appointees.

This is the first time the DoJ has had to come after an ex-president. This is setting a precedent. The DoJ in FY2021 had 42,302 found guilty and 128 found not guilty. That means that they WIN 99.7% of the time. So do you think the the DoJ would risk all of this?
