I misunderstood it I thought if a 24 year old man had sex with a 14 year old boy obviously a young person . It is up to the judge if they want to put the 24 year old into the sex offender registry . The 19 and 17 year old is a real issue I have seen this happen to friends of ours, ruined a family . This is a good issue.

In other words, the law, as currently structured means that if a 19 year old male and a 17 year old male have oral or anal sex, they are sex offenders. If a 19 year old male and 17 year old female have vaginal sex, they are ok. This law changes that.
