The Act is being called a game changer. Prosecutors all over the country are rejoicing. The Act targets shell companies being used by fraudsters, terrorist, and tax evaders to hide and launder money.
The act is part of the large military spending bill that was recently passed by Congress. It had broad bipartisan support. As a reminder, that was the very same bill that was vetoed by Trump.
