White kid 1600 SAT, 4.0 GPA gets rejected by a BLACK kid with a 1200 SAT, 2.0 GPA.

It was like this . . .

White kid, 1600, 4.0 and a Black kid 1600, 4.0, the school COULD look at race and the diversity of their campus and award the black kid the spot. In essence it was a tie breaker.

But see, this is OK with you . . .

White kid 1600 SAT, 4.0 GPA whose father went there prior vs. White kid, 1600 SAT, 4.0 GPA, first kid in the family to go to college for the first one to get in.

Look deeper at the case dumbasses.

Figure out why SCOTUS carved OUT the military. The military wrote an amicus brief supporting keeping it the way it was.

No more free rides! Well, here we have another win for Republicans. Now that the Supreme Court has killed Affirmative Action, people wanting an education as well as a job — will have to obtain them the FAIR Way (i.e Through What They Bring To The Table) NOT as a handout based on race or skin color. Things are finally falling back into place for this country, despite the liberal left doing everything under the sun to DESTROY America!
