We've already had this discussion, about 3-4 months ago. Do you want to think about it or do you just want me to tell you what I said? I'll give you a little hint. Your response to my answer was "fair enough".

I may not be able to get right back to answer you, assuming a need to answer. We are about 3-weeks away from making second round total compensation decisions for 2019. But your question did cause me to go back and re-read the instructions from our Compensation Committee. Funny......fairness was no where in the instructions to determine cash bonus, stock options or raise decisions. Further there were no instruction references to gender, ethnicity, sexual preference or geographic location. At the top of the house it's X Dollars over Y People and GASP...there are some people who will get $0.00. Maybe we are just not woke enough :)
