Big grin on my face today - the ebay seller just got back from vacation and notified me she'd sell me the last collectible missing from my collection!!!
She was going to bundle it to sell with other items but decided completing my collection would give her joy as well. So she contacted me and arranged to notify me the minute she posted it for sale so I'd have no competition for it. And her price was still reasonable!
Life is good!

Years ago we added a 2 car garage to our house. We went back and forth on attached, or not. We went with the attached garage.
The Mrs is out grocery shopping and it started pouring out. The thought of shagging the groceries in the rain when she gets home made me appreciate the decision to have the attached garage. Same applies to any bad weather.

Since Covid, I now have permanent remote status and work from home. After all of those years of getting up to be at work for 7:30 am with a 1+ hour commute, I now start at that time from home and have not set an alarm clock since I started working from home. This time of year is even easier since it gets light out so early.

That and, I am eating vanilla cake icing right out of the tub!

For the first time since early 2020, I spent a three day weekend dancing. It was about 18 hours total, including breaks for meals. I'd forgotten how exhilarating it is to use up nearly every scrap of energy and empty out my emotional reservoir, but now that I'm reminded, I want to do it again soon.

Enjoyed 4 fabulous days in Fredericksburg with our best friends in the lifestyle exploring the wineries and breweries, enjoying delicious German food, and spending a lot of time at the Museum of the Pacific War. Amazing museum about WW 2 and Admiral Nimitz. So much to see and do in Fredericksburg.

Spent the weekend in Galveston. Walking and sitting along a moon light beach with a beautiful woman is an exceptional way to relax. Good foods and dirty monkeys made it more enjoyable.
