Well, we respond to everyone unless what they wrote us was just ridiculous (like the recent "Like 2 slap face with dick" email). The way we see it, an email deserves a reply. No reply = they don't deserve one.

We understand that not everyone sees it the same way, and thus would treat a non-reply the same as a "no thanks". But not everyone does appreciate this difference and think that a no-reply is tantamount to a "fuck off".

We've had some confusing circumstances where people wrote to us, and we write back and get no reply, but then months later they write to us again, or they give us the "No thanks" email after our reply. We've also had people who write again and again, never answering our replies.

Since we've learned (with rock-solid proof) that at least occasionally emails do fall down holes here at SLS and never reach their intended recipient, we don't know how often it is that people simply never get their emails.

“Is it Monday?”

Yes, unless my IPhone is schkrewed and we are flying out of Fla on the wrong date! I had to look at my calendar when originally posting it, because I meant it. :-)

Enjoy the tea party... ;-)

"GGMM: It’s a nonresponse and lacks courtesy."

Sure, and I'm not arguing in favor of ignoring emails, because I'm reflexively polite and have answered all but one (it was too stupid even for me). But on the recipient's side? How is a non-response-that-is-a-response that much worse than an outright refusal?

Is it Monday? ;-)

‘Yeah, sometimes people don't reply. That is the response. Plus, how is it worse than "thanks but no thanks?" ‘

Have a great Monday! :-)

I don’t know about everybody else, but I believe I would like a nice cup of Lady right about now.

maybe their deleting the post explains why people won't reply to them after the first time?

Yeah I don't get all butt hurt when others don't reply. I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea lol.

I missed the original post, but I'm guessing it was standard complaint number 11.

Yeah, sometimes people don't reply. That is the response. Plus, how is it worse than "thanks but no thanks?"

It's only the 13,872th time a variation of that has been posted...

Lady, what you wrote isn't even CLOSE to being harsh.

Deleting their post in an immature snit because someone didn't gush in praise speaks volumes.

Wow....sorry if I offended the original poster so they deleted the post. My point is don't be so thin skinned. It's just like picking teams in gym class....not everyone clicks. I just move on that's life.

For all you inquiring minds the OP was berating others for not replying to emails.

Lov, no reply is an answer. I got one last week....next.
